Nanoparticles are solid particles of anything whose size is very very small and can be synthesized by both nature and human being. In case
of being synthesized by human being, the procedure can be performed by both
chemical and biological techniques so that they
can be applied to different fields; for example, carbon nano-tubes is
very good for convection and conductivity and silver nanoparticle is very
useful for textile industry etc.
The smaller size nanoparticles are the greater property and
quality they have. The sizes of good nanoparticles usually range from 1-100
nanometers, about 1,000 -100,000 times smaller than a hair. Nowadays,
biosynthesizes of nanoparticles are widely considered because the original
method of chemical synthesize causes many unpleasant consequences, such as
hazardous waste being not able to degrade itself and toxicity. Moreover
chemical-synthesized nanoparticles are unstable nano materials with reduced
targeted activity.
The feasible way to solve those problems and have much more
powerful nanoparticles is the synthesis method based on biosurfactant supported
process from microorganism culture especially a microemulsion technique using
an oil-water-surfactant mixture shown to be very possible for nanoparticle
synthesis. Moreover, this novel method of biosurfactant supported synthesis is
much greater than that of bacterial-or fungal –performed nanoparticle synthesis
as the former reduce the formation of aggregates due to the electrostatic
forces of attraction and facilitate a uniform morphology of the nanoparticles.
